SMG TURF BOY
The Turf boy is an Ideal machine for sand/rubber infilled pitches and courts. Its rotary brush removes the upper layer of infill material during its operation.
During this process an oscillating sieve seperates the dirt from the infill material. The vibrating screen can be adjusted, with variable settings , in accordance with the condition of the infill material. The built in suction turbine also separates the dust from the infill material.
Once these proceses have taken place, the clean infill is placed back on the surface and is gently worked in with the trailing brush system controlled by the driver. After each court the suction turbine filters are cleaned to give a pristine finish.
TURF SOFT
The TurfSoft is operational with a petrol engine which controls three functions at the same time, which are the vibrating function of the sieve, the drive of the turbine and the rotation of the cleaning brush.
The rotating brush absorbs the top layer of the infill material. Afterwards the sieve separates the coarse and fine dirt. The suction turbine absorbs the coarse dirt directly into a permanent filter. The cleaned infill material is then spread out dosed by the vibrating sieve. The permanent filter is then cleaned after every job to enable the best finish possible.
